You may not be able to visit your building site every time you want an update. The customer app gives you another way to follow the work between conversations with the team. Its purpose is to make the project’s context easier to understand, rather than ask you to act as a site engineer.

Start with the current stage. A building moves through connected activities, and a single image or brief update can show only part of what is happening. Knowing the stage helps you place an item in the wider sequence and ask what the team is working towards next.

Review the work recorded as complete. If a description is unfamiliar, ask which part of the building it refers to. If you have a question about an item, note the relevant stage or update so the team can understand exactly what you are discussing.

Use the quality checklist as a reference for conversation. Ask about an unfamiliar check, a pending item or the meaning of an entry. A checklist makes it easier to discuss the recorded checks; its presence alone is not an independent assessment of workmanship or structural performance.

The app also provides site camera access. A camera view can add context, but it does not establish everything about concealed work, materials or construction quality. Remote visibility belongs alongside professional inspection and clear communication, not in place of them.

Specific questions are easier to resolve. ‘Which room does this update refer to?’ and ‘Is a selection needed from me before the next stage?’ give the team a clear subject. A broad request to explain everything at once can hide the particular decision you actually need help with.

Keep project instructions separate from simply viewing an update. Seeing progress in the app is not the same as approving a design change. If you request additional or different work, discuss the proposed price and give written approval before execution, in line with the agreed scope-change process.

App access is arranged by Bindhani’s team. On the Download app page, choose the customer app and request access. The team can guide you through the appropriate installation and setup rather than direct you to an unverified public download.

Use the app to stay connected to the project’s progress, then bring questions back to the people responsible for the work. The useful result is a better-informed discussion: what has been done, what it means in the current stage and what needs a decision next.
